SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

  All shipping costs are determined by size, weight and destination of the product ordered and the customer's 

  shipping preference and will be added to the final bill - most orders will be automatically shipped within the USA

  with USPS priority days (2-4 business days ) or UPS

 We do ship worldwide - orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS Depending on your location, you can expect

 the delivery time may take between 5 to 30 business days  ( first class -priority- express )

 Within the US the current postal fees for shipping / handling will be added by check out.

 If you order more than one item and the shipping charge is less, a refund will be sent with your order. 

 ML Mural Art will make every effort to send your package in a timely manner, but the USPS  / Carrier  / 

Custom is solely responsible for any delays that maybe experienced.

We recommend asking for a signature on all of your packages shipped by UPS or USPS. We are not

responsible for lost or stolen packages if you do not ask for a signature, you are releasing us

automatically from any liability. Items are automatically insured with 100.00 USD -  you are able to

purchase a higher insurance if you wish.

 

  For express or overnight shipment there will be an increase of postage according to the actual postal rates.

  Outside US or custom sizes please contact us for shipping rates - please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery.

International Buyers –

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping

cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine

what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

  Return policies 

  We want every ML Mural Art - Heraldry Art customer to be delighted with their purchase. We are confident that

 you will be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, contact us within 5 days of

 receipt of your purchase to arrange for a return. 

 All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

 We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange.  Custom orders are not eligible for refunds,

 returns or exchanges. All custom order sales are final.

 

 Please note all our items are individually hand painted by the artist based upon our original painting -

 master copy. Therefore, each item may have very slight variations of colors and brushstroke work but will

 be a unique work of art maintaining the integrity of the original item pictured.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR FAMILY TREE - FAMILY CREST PAINTING

 

Step 1 - Send us your request, your info, your preferred size, style, background color etc.
Step 2 - We will confirm your order and answer any open questions.
Step 3 - When you order your custom painting, we require a deposit of 50% for the artwork/ design                           etc. the balance will be due when artwork is readyb to be shipped. or payment in full

          whatever you prefer.
Step 4 - Approx. 2 weeks after we have received all your detailed information, we will provide you with 1-2                 sketches after your approval to the design it is ready for the painting.
                The design works includes up to 2 FREE revisions - for any additional there is a charge of
                30.00 USD per hour.
Step 5 - When the artwork is finished, we will send you a digital picture via e-mail. For your approval.
Step 6 - After receiving your final payment, the original artwork is usually sending our within
               2-4 business days.             

COAT OF ARMS DESIGN 

By redesigning or creating a new CoA or by family crest paintings with elaborate details, like ...

a number of helmets, shield supporters, double crest, royal mantle, shield withe elaborted details etc. -

depending on size and details there will be a small additional design fee.

 

ORDERING FAMILY TREE

Based upon your genealogical research, we can create a family tree that is as unique and individual as your family.

Your additional data about your family surroundings, portrait paintings, important stages during decades / centuries 

 will personalize and create a unique one of the kind family tree. Every family tree is individually designed, with

 intricate details, personalized to reflect your family's history. Each family tree is 100 % hand painted using the finest

 acrylic paints.The final product is a unique piece of art that will become a cherished family heirloom. 

 Your family tree may incl. First and last name  - birth name of spouse, place and date of birth and death -

 date of marriage, your ancestor  - your descendant,  your home - birthplace,  your family crest or town crest -

occupations  - portrait paintings,  any important feature of your life and family, 

as well enhancements with decorative borders.

make your payment with your credit card or choose PayPAL Credit payment plan. 

  All online payments are handled through PAYPAL's secure server.

 

If you prefer to place your order with a 50% deposit payment option and balance will be due

when artwork is ready to be shipped, please contact us and we will provide a PayPal link

for the deposit payment.
