your existing family crest or family tree,

special request and choice of background,
style etc. Custom
sizing upon request.

use doc. / jpg or pdf to send us your pictures etc.
-use larger files, this will help to see all necessary

for the painting.

Family
Trees and Family Crests can be painted on stretched
canvas, leather, artist grade hardboard or
high quality
watercolor
paper, wood panels or deep profile canvas -
see canvas examples !
Due
the higher shipping cost of larger paintings we recommend unstretched canvas - it will be
rolled and shipped in a tube.
When
you place your order, you are welcome to use our simple family
tree chart. Print out the form and write
your
data in the provided boxes as shown and mail it to us. We have two different formats
WORD
and PDF
available to download your family tree chart.
HOW
TO ORDER YOUR FAMILY TREE - FAMILY CREST PAINTING
Step
1. Send us
your request, info, size, style, background etc.
Step
2. We will confirm your order and answer any open questions
Step
3. When you order your custom painting, we require a 30 % down
payment for the artwork / design etc.
Balance will be due on delivery of the artwork.
Step
4. As soon as we received all your detailed information we
will provide you with the
first drawings, after your
approval of our drawing, we will start painting on your family
crest or family tree.
Step
5. When the art work is finished we will send you a digital
picture (as needed) via e-mail or mail.
Step
6. Please make your final payment and we will send you the
original artwork.
Each Coat of Arms is priced individually.
Prices vary depending upon the complexity of the artwork.
Coats of Arms / Family Trees containing highly intricate images may be priced
higher.
Please contact
the artist about special orders. All prices listed are U.S.
currency, subject to change without notice and do not
include shipping fee.
NOTE: All shipping costs are determined by
size, weight and destination of the product ordered and the
customer's
shipping preference and will be added to the final bill..
We
do ship world wide -
orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS
Depending
on you location, you can expect to
receive your order within 4-14 days business days.
Within
the US small fee for shipping / handling will be added by
check out.
If
you order more then one item and the shipping charge is less,
a refund will be sent with your order.

Mural Art will make every effort to sent your package in a
timely manner, but the USPS / Carrier / Custom is
solely responsible
for
any delays that maybe experienced.
If
we are out of our studio and work for several weeks on a job,
we will notify you when you can expect your order.
For express or over night shipment there will be an increase
of postage according the actual postal rates.
Outside
US or custom sizes please contact us for shipping rates - please allow 2 - 6
weeks for delivery.
All paintings are priced as UNFRAMED artwork - by ordering
please indicate your choice of background / style -
"White - Black - Antiqued or Custom " painted on
canvas board, canvas, rawhide or wooden plaques.
On family crests and family trees custom orders we
require a 30 % pre-payment for the artwork. the balance due before
artwork is shipped to you.
After your deposit, we will send you a
pencil drawing of the design or any sketches to approve,
before the artwork gets finalized.
Return policies
We want every Ml Mural Art - Heraldry Art customer to be
delighted with their purchase. We are confident that you will
be happy with
your purchase , but in the event that you are not, please
contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to
arrange for a return.
All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer,
and are non-refundable
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or
exchanges. All custom order sales are final.
